Tai Chi

Okay so I've been starting my day with about half an hour of Tai Chi and I can safely say It is one of the best workouts I have ever done. Not only is it super relaxing,focusing and exercising but its also fun.
I've been doing it for about a week now and feel amazing.


Maybe you should Give it a try ?
